Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children's developmental progress.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary based on observed outcomes.

• Provide educational support and counseling to families, helping them understand their child's challenges and promoting effective strategies for home-based learning.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning early intervention services.
\n
• Establish trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive learning atmosphere conducive to development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children aged birth to three years who show indications of developmental delays or disabilities. Our LCSWs work with a diverse client base, addressing a variety of needs in a collaborative and family-centered approach. By utilizing evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies, you will help these children achieve developmental milestones across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
