Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews and consultations, facilitating a deep understanding of each client’s circumstances to design effective intervention strategies.

• Create and implement tailored support plans for individuals and families, addressing each client's unique needs and objectives while utilizing measurable goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support via phone or video sessions, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate responses during critical situations.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving challenges and encourage ongoing development.

• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, progress, and treatment protocols, ensuring all documentation meets legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to promote holistic support and effective communication across all parties involved.

• Act as a liaison between clients and community resources, making referrals to appropriate agencies and services to aid in recovery and support.

• Participate in case conferences and contribute to discussions regarding case management best practices, including providing expert testimony when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within educational environments who are experiencing various psychosocial issues. These may include trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
