Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health issues affecting students.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in one-on-one and group settings.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other health professionals to provide holistic care and ensure that students' academic and emotional needs are met.

• Engage in regular team meetings for case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment quality and clinical practices.

• Provide educational resources and support to families regarding mental health issues, available services, and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly focused on delivering psychotherapy services.

• Solid understanding of solution-based interventions and mental health practices.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess clients and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a school environment or with children and adolescents in a clinical capacity is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
