Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to evaluate their mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges to create a personalized care approach.

• Collaborate with school staff and a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions, ensuring coordinated care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and implementing safety plans to support students in acute distress.

• Advocate for students' rights and access to necessary resources, providing case management support to connect them with essential community services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
