Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, enabling tailored care strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions that ensure progress toward recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate coordinated care that addresses the varied needs of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute stress or safety concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards for clinical practice in all aspects of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, empowering clients and fostering peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, each seeking assistance for various mental health issues—ranging from mild anxiety and stress to more severe psychological disorders. Your work will not only involve therapeutic interventions but also educating clients and families about mental health issues, promoting resilience, and helping individuals develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
