Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available support systems.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans outlining goals and interventions, and continuously monitor client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and support safety planning for clients in urgent situations.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and groups designed to educate clients and their families on mental health topics.

• Maintain diligent, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n
