• This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

• We offer flexible scheduling options, with full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week) availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video sessions, addressing clients' individual needs and circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients develop new coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring minimal paperwork through streamlined processes that prioritize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking guidance and support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. This role aims to empower clients to achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall quality of life through therapeutic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent state license in either LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Ability to practice without supervision, demonstrating strong professional judgment and ethical behavior.
\n
• History free of disciplinary actions against your license to ensure the highest standards of practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling.
\n
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection essential for video sessions and communication.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with adult populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
