Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, ethical mental health counseling via video conferencing tools, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities that cater to the unique needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying goals and strategies that will guide their progress.

• Facilitate sessions that allow clients to gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, fostering understanding and growth.

• Track and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to support ongoing development and healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to ensure a strong theoretical foundation for practice.

• Must hold a valid license to practice independently, with options including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
