Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their specific therapeutic needs.

• Implementing and documenting appropriate graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions per individual client needs.

• Engaging in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams and contributing to patient care plans through documentation, patient rounds, and case discussions.

• Providing case management for your assigned patients, collaborating with hospital and community professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care.

• Completing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions and applying other evidence-based modalities as part of individualized service plans.

• Maintaining ethical standards in documentation and delivering timely records as expected by departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will revolve around an outpatient client base, addressing a myriad of mental health concerns across various demographics. You will provide tailored therapeutic interventions that meet each patient's unique cultural, social, and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the State of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required to ensure competency and effective service delivery.

• You should be prepared to work between 10 to 40 hours a week, accommodating both flexible scheduling and the diverse needs of our patients.
