Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information regarding client mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure that all aspects of a client’s care are coherent and aligned with their treatment goals.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, offering safety planning when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients in high-risk situations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing among clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
