Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns and strengths of patients in hospice care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support individuals and families.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each client, adapting to the evolving situation as necessary.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating psychoeducation to inform clients about coping strategies and treatment options.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate and enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
