Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that capture clients' mental health histories, strengths, and supportive resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, promoting healing and resilience.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are reflective of the client’s unique circumstances, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide consistent and cohesive care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and engage in safety planning to address immediate client needs, ensuring an appropriate response to potentially harmful situations.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are compliant with state regulations.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, fostering a community of support among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
