Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, your role will encompass the following:

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and timely updates to patient records.

• Engage in a multidisciplinary approach by collaborating with psychiatric professionals and other mental health staff to create a seamless care experience for patients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality mental health care.

• Educate and support patients and their families on mental health issues, including available resources and treatment options, particularly in the context of end-of-life care.
