Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to gather comprehensive insights into patients' needs.

• Collaborate closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their personal goals, therapeutic needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored to individual, couples, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, being readily available to coordinate with healthcare colleagues to ensure continuous care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring that progress notes and treatment plans are meticulously recorded in line with regulatory guidelines.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage mental health care.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to review the effectiveness of treatments, making data-informed adjustments to enhance patient care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health to continually refine your clinical approach and contribute to the overall development of our organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
