Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services, managing acute patient distress while ensuring continuity of care through effective collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Engage in psychoeducational activities for patients and their families to enhance understanding and provide effective strategies for managing mental health conditions.

• Perform regular outcome assessments to track treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans when required.
