Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals, ensuring consistent reevaluation and adjustment based on progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and maximize positive outcomes for clients.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to equip clients with coping strategies and support mechanisms.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety during acute situations.

• Ensure meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Emblem Mental Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
