Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, weaknesses, and available resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective, client-centered treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients through knowledge and community support.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and create detailed safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, offering a sign-on bonus as an added incentive.
