Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and treatment needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, setting achievable goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Provide critical crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop detailed safety plans when necessary.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to empower clients and enhance community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
