Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for treatment.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals and preferences.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing clients' coping strategies and community support.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients experiencing immediate distress.

• Utilize EMR systems for maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
