Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information about clients' mental health, strengths, and areas that require support.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, setting measurable goals and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and group therapy sessions to promote skills development and establish a supportive community among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
