Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their circumstances, emotional states, and individual needs to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy services, employing various therapeutic modalities to meet diverse needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists—to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily comprise individuals who are undergoing detoxification from various substances, including alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Many of these clients present co-occurring mental health disorders, which necessitate a comprehensive and tailored approach to treatment that addresses both substance use and mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

• An active LCSW license in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
