Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, risk factors, and support systems, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans that clearly outline objectives, interventions, and desired outcomes in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational workshops, enriching clients’ recovery journey by fostering peer support and shared experiences.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being during high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible for team collaboration.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, medical staff, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and support client treatment objectives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
