Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances, using evidence-based practices in an effective and compassionate manner.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, physicians, and support staff.

• Engage in crisis management and risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with other service providers to ensure integrated care delivery and improved client outcomes.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning aimed at achieving team and organizational goals.

• Stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and apply best practices in social work to enhance service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus for this role will be clients in a detox setting, many of whom face dual diagnoses that include both substance use disorders and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, which is essential to perform effectively in this role.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
