Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's unique situation.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health and recovery.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that aim to educate and empower clients through shared experiences and coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for individuals experiencing acute distress or high-risk situations.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards by maintaining timely and thorough records of client interactions and treatment progress.

In your role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and those dealing with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wise Mind Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
