Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and address specific challenges faced by each patient.

• Utilize established diagnostic tools, such as the DSM-5, to understand and document the patients' mental health status and the impact of therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, providing tailored interventions and strategies to uphold a high standard of care that aligns with established best practices.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols using the latest technologies.

• Act as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers, coordinating referrals and fostering relationships with other healthcare professionals and agencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
