Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for clients presenting a wide array of mental health issues, ensuring that each session is client-focused and tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize appropriate psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to assess and diagnose clients accurately, facilitating informed treatment planning.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that encompass measurable goals and interventions based on each client’s circumstances and priorities.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as needed, including conducting thorough suicide assessments, facilitating hospital admissions when necessary, and collaborating with emergency services.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care plans that align with the best interests of clients.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Contribute to refining clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education to maintain and elevate professional knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience delivering mental health services, providing evidence of capability to work with various client demographics.

• Strong capabilities in written and verbal communication to document cases clearly and effectively and to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
