Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs, ensuring approaches are age- and culturally appropriate.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their recovery goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and mental health evaluations in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention, making informed decisions to escalate patient needs to medical providers when necessary.

• Provide referrals and liaise with community resources, including medication assistance programs, to offer comprehensive support to clients and their families.

• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to aid in the development and implementation of data collection processes to improve service delivery and outcomes.

This position serves a diverse client base, including individuals facing substance use challenges, those dealing with co-occurring mental health disorders, and their families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience as a clinical social worker.

• Currently hold and maintain an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to make independent judgments related to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
