Key Responsibilities\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for an array of tasks aimed at delivering high-quality mental health care. Core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed evaluations and assessments of clients to identify specific needs and appropriate care paths.

• Implementing behavior management strategies meticulously to ensure that positive behavioral outcomes are achieved.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute comprehensive treatment plans.

• Offering both individual counseling and group therapy sessions to provide support for patients through various stages of recovery.

• Educating and supporting families to enhance their understanding of the recovery process and to foster a nurturing environment for their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients represent a diverse cross-section of the San Francisco community, many grappling with challenges associated with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide tailored mental health support, taking into account cultural, social, and economic factors affecting each individual’s recovery journey. Qualifications\n

To successfully fulfill this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
