Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, tailoring treatment methods to their individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations through interviews and observational techniques, assessing emotional and psychological well-being to develop accurate treatment plans.

• Create and implement detailed discharge plans, ensuring that clients transition smoothly from therapy while receiving any necessary ongoing support or referral to external specialists.

• Maintain an organized caseload that includes individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy work, ensuring timely and effective treatment delivery.

• Regularly review client case files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary documentation complies with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
