Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring adherence to professional standards and organizational guidelines.

• Manage your calendar effectively to facilitate ongoing scheduling of client appointments and follow-ups, resulting in minimal disruption to client care.

• Collaborate with our billing service to ensure the accurate management of claims, including client and insurance account receivables.

• Address a diverse array of clinical presentations, drawing from a rich toolkit of therapeutic modalities to foster positive treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele reflects a wide range of demographics, encompassing individuals of all ages who seek support for various mental health challenges. As a therapist at Verve Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other complex emotional experiences. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life through sensitivity and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with independent licensure as an LCSW.

• Strong professionalism coupled with excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.

• Self-motivated and organized, with effective time-management skills to handle obligations and client care.

• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), including a minimum of two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n
