Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients exhibiting symptoms of mental illnesses or emotional distress, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans that ensure cohesive treatment across various providers and services.

• Implement short-term intervention strategies and, where necessary, facilitate access to additional evaluations and support services.

• Lead group therapy sessions and workshops focused on mental health education and practical coping strategies.

• Document client interactions meticulously in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to data-sharing agreements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
