We operate Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with no evening or weekend shifts required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and counseling aimed at addressing immediate mental health issues or long-term goals.

• Participate actively as a member of our multidisciplinary primary care team, collaborating with primary care providers and specialists to deliver comprehensive health services.

• Stay informed of current trends in local, state, and federal behavioral health programming to best serve our client base.

• Maintain stringent adherence to mental health policies and procedures established by the behavioral health program.

• Screen patients for prescription drug abuse, illicit substance abuse, and alcohol dependency, offering appropriate referrals as needed.

• Facilitate referrals for clients requiring more intensive programs such as Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) or specialized mental health care.
