Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals and couples across a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress notes, adhering to best practices for compliance and quality assurance.

• Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments, ensuring an efficient and client-friendly calendar that prioritizes client accessibility.

• Demonstrate the ability to handle various clinical presentations effectively, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client situations.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients, promoting a cohesive therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals in hospice care, offering support amid critical life transitions. Your expertise will aid clients and their families in navigating the complex emotional and psychological challenges that arise during end-of-life care. The goal is to enhance the quality of life through compassionate therapy and support, making a positive impact during their most vulnerable moments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current independent state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in establishing therapeutic boundaries, coupled with exceptional self-motivation and organizational skills.

• Strong cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Willingness to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and be available for at least two evenings per week for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , with eligibility for additional sign-on bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy:
