Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients dealing with significant mental health disorders, ensuring that treatment is evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of each client.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and strategize on ongoing care improvements.

• Facilitate crisis intervention efforts when necessary, utilizing your expertise in risk assessment and crisis management to ensure client safety.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client cases, ensuring timely reporting and data submission to meet organizational and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
