This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while allowing you to create your own schedule within standard full-time hours, typically up to 40 hours per week. Our practice uses a state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring that you can manage your notes and maintain client records efficiently. Additionally, we provide furnished office space for any in-person meetings and ensure all overhead costs are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Verve Wellness, you will:

• Utilize an external billing service that manages client claims, insurance accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy across various age groups, adapting your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Document all therapy sessions and complete timely progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Coordinate ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining an updated calendar to maximize client engagement.
\n
• Assess and work with a wide range of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster client improvement and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma responses among others. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients toward sustainable healing and empowerment through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Virginia.

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
