Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic conditions to assess their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create and implement individualized treatment regimens utilizing appropriate exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Set and monitor specific, measurable treatment goals for each patient, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure progression toward optimal recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, providing updates for collaborative treatment discussions.
• Teach patients and caregivers about the proper use of assistive devices, ensuring they understand how to maintain their mobility and independence.
• Facilitate ongoing education for patients and their families regarding injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Participate in continuous professional development by engaging in workshops, pursuing certifications, and sharing knowledge through collaborative discussions with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will focus on promoting recovery by offering specialized rehabilitation strategies that help patients regain mobility, strength, and overall function. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
