Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our facility, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to the needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a coherent and inclusive approach to client care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at equipping clients and their families with the necessary tools and knowledge for recovery.

• Engage in crisis intervention activities and provide detailed risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, many of whom are navigating detoxification from substances alongside various mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
