Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients entering the detox program, identifying their mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the varied needs of your clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches with other mental health professionals to strengthen patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health and addiction treatment to continuously incorporate new knowledge into practice and improve patient outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders and those experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
