Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to ascertain the mental health status, strengths, and needs of our patients, providing insights that guide treatment decisions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care plans integrating medical and therapeutic interventions.

• Educate patients and their families by clearly explaining diagnoses, treatment pathways, and medication management, fostering deeper understanding and involvement in their care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to enhance engagement and promote skills development.

• Design personalized treatment plans with input from both the treatment team and patients, ensuring alignment with personal goals and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
