Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and substance use history, identifying strengths and barriers to recovery.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that address coping strategies, relapse prevention, and support networks for individuals and families.

• Serve as a collaborative partner with multidisciplinary team members by participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings to ensure coordinated client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress or potential harm.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively engage in continuous professional development by participating in training and workshops focused on current trends in mental health and addiction treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with clients enrolled in our detox program, many of whom may struggle with co-occurring mental health disorders linked to substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
