Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of various age groups, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service, which manages claims submissions and insurance inquiries, allowing you to focus more on providing high-quality care.

• Document all sessions in a timely manner while ensuring that clinical notes and client records are accurately maintained within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Schedule appointments with clients efficiently, maintaining an organized calendar to ensure accessibility for your clients while optimizing your workflow.

• Effectively work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adjusting your therapeutic strategies as necessary to address individual client circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will vary widely, encompassing individuals facing mental health challenges and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, allowing you to deepen your cultural competency while fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages openness and trust.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid LCSW license, which allows you to practice independently in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, you'll receive comprehensive benefits that include:
