Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients through their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with an array of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to formulate personalized treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, ensuring quick assessments and appropriate referrals for clients requiring additional support or specialized care.

• Engage actively in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to hone clinical skills, share insights, and contribute to the continual improvement of patient care.

Qualifications\n
