The position is fully remote, allowing our LCSW to effectively serve clients from the comfort of their own home or preferred workspace in Phoenix, Arizona. Our virtual setup enables seamless communication with clients and interdisciplinary health teams. While the scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility is essential to accommodate client needs, including potential on-call hours for urgent situations. Part-time options may also be negotiated based on the candidate's availability and our service requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional, mental, and social needs of senior clients, addressing factors such as lifestyle, health conditions, and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
