Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that target measurable goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, managing complex cases that may necessitate immediate support and action.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with established clinic policies and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive holistic care, including working with educators and healthcare professionals in a school setting.

• Participate in case reviews, supervision sessions, and team meetings that promote ongoing professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Stay informed about current best practices and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence through continuous education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. You will support adolescents and families within school settings, addressing both developmental and situational factors that impact mental health. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate life transitions and improve their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active Tennessee LCSW license or the ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of hiring.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy within an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
