Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, gathering comprehensive background information and identifying individual needs through structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Design and execute tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs, recovery goals, and personal circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy to support client mental health and well-being.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering personal growth and providing clients with coping strategies that equip them for daily challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach in care, promoting comprehensive treatment and support.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage acute mental health crises, and ensuring clients have access to higher levels of care when warranted.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
