Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students.

• Utilize a variety of observational and assessment methods to assess students' mental health needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions, focusing on critical issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustments to life changes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches for ongoing individual counseling needs, ensuring students receive the necessary support.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions addressing key topics including bullying prevention, stress management, and developing social skills.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to create intervention plans for addressing behavioral issues in the classroom.

• Support and facilitate students' transition planning, connecting them with essential community resources as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and develop safety planning for at-risk students.

• Conduct psychoeducation workshops for students, parents, and staff to enhance understanding of mental health issues and promote a healthier school culture.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
