Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement recognized therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure a well-coordinated treatment approach.

• Execute crisis intervention steps, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, aligning with regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing community engagement and peer support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
