Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions utilizing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with your treatment team to refine the care process and enhance overall service delivery.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at advancing your clinical skills and improving patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment modalities, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 78,000 to 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, ensuring that your skills and contributions are recognized and rewarded.
