Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to accurately evaluate patient status and design tailored care strategies.

• Provide ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that new challenges are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation including treatment records, progress notes, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to co-create a comprehensive treatment plan that resonates with individual goals and needs.

• Develop and execute treatment plans in partnership with patients and families, focusing on care objectives and interventions aimed at symptom management and safety.

• Act as a critical resource for referral options and facilitate smooth transitions to additional services and providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
