Key Responsibilities\n

• You will work directly with clients to assess their symptoms and facilitate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• This includes conducting brief, evidence-based screenings and arranging for comprehensive assessments when necessary to ensure holistic care.

• You will be responsible for carrying a manageable caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are client-centered and recovery-focused.

• Participation in collaborative team meetings is essential to advance shared objectives, improve service delivery, and enhance patient outcomes.

• You will actively engage with other healthcare professionals to integrate care plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits\n
